Our commitment

This site is committed to meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Everyone should be able to find and use the public records published here, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

Conformance status

We test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using both automated tools and manual review. Current measures include:

  • Automated accessibility scanning with axe-core and HTML_CodeSniffer on every page
  • Keyboard navigation testing across all interactive elements
  • Color contrast ratios verified at 4.5:1 minimum for normal text
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA and Orca
  • Mobile accessibility testing at common viewport sizes

Known limitations

Some PDF documents on this site were scanned from physical records and may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

This site is built with:

  • Semantic HTML5 with ARIA landmarks and labels
  • Skip navigation link for keyboard users
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Reduced motion support for users who prefer less animation
  • High contrast mode compatibility
