Bob Artman motioned to approve the November 5, 2012 minutes with a correction: under "Bruner," change "Land Development Plan" to "Storm Water Management Plan." Seconded by Randy Paul; motion carried 4-0.

Sheetz — Extension Request

HRG, on behalf of Sheetz, requested an extension to January 18, 2013. Bob Artman motioned to recommend the extension agreement, seconded by Randy Paul; motion carried 4-0. HRG will send copies of the Transportation Impact Assessment for Halifax Sheetz to all Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors members.

Piltz (Tobias) — Plan Amendment

It was noted that Mr. Tobias passed away recently. The Solicitor stated the plan must be amended to remove Mr. Tobias' name and show Mrs. Tobias' name. Randy Paul motioned to recommend approval of the waivers subject to payment of the fee, seconded by Bob Artman; motion carried 4-0.

SALDO — Stormwater Management Provisions

The Solar Energy ordinance and wood burner issues were discussed, along with modification of the SALDO's stormwater management provisions. Bob Artman motioned to recommend that the Board of Supervisors comment to the conservation district to allow an exemption of stormwater management requirements for impervious surface up to 10% of lot area or 10,000 square feet (whichever is less), provided total impervious coverage under the ordinance is maintained. Seconded by Randy Paul; motion carried 4-0.
